How do I create an account?

Click on the my account link on the site.
Then choose Create an account, complete the various information fields and validate.


How do I update my account information?

Click on the my account link on the site.
Then choose Account Information, Address or Dashboard to add or change information.


Retrieve your password

Click on the my account link on the site.
Then click Forgot Password? next to the Sign In button and enter your account email address.
Instructions for changing your password will then be sent to this address.

Can I order without having an account?

It is possible to order without having created an account

When will the order be delivered?

Delivery depends on the availability of the item: it is displayed on the product sheet of the item.
You can track delivery progress by clicking on my account.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email when your order is on its way and then within 24 to 48 hours of your order.


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated automatically and depend on several factors, including the weight of the order and the choice of delivery method.
You can find all the information about delivery in the delivery policy section.


Is your country included in delivery?

To check if your country is included in the delivery scope, add a product to your shopping cart and validate it.
When you enter your delivery details, you can see which destinations are included.
If your country is not included, unfortunately we cannot deliver at this time.


When does delivery start and how much does it cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and depend on several factors.
Add the items you are interested in to the shopping cart and validate: the delivery method will then be suggested to you.
After validating your order, we will proceed with shipping as soon as possible.

Are there any customs fees or taxes?

Destinations outside the EU may include customs fees.

Please check your country's regulations for details on import duties which are not our responsibility, but are specific to each country.
Venum is not responsible for these additional charges.
No refunds will be issued if you refuse to pay these customs fees.

All charges arising from local regulations are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
These charges must be paid by the customer to the delivery company or local authorities at the time of receipt of the order.
